We are seeking a Factory Director to lead the setup, launch, and operations of a new greenfield manufacturing facility. This role will oversee infrastructure development, production strategy, compliance, and workforce planning to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
You will
- Factory Setup & Launch – Oversee construction, commissioning, and operational planning for the new site.
- Production & Process Optimization – Develop and implement efficient, scalable manufacturing processes.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Workforce Leadership – Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance factory team.
- Continuous Improvement – Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 10 years in manufacturing leadership, with experience in greenfield site development.
- Speak Fluently in Mandarin/Chinese
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Strong expertise in factory setup, process efficiency, and compliance.
- Proven leadership in scaling up operations and cost control.
