Community Liaison/Marketer Home Health Hospice

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, fostering relationships that enhance our outreach and engagement efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for community development. The Community Liaison will be responsible for promoting our initiatives, gathering feedback, and ensuring that our services meet the needs of the community.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and local businesses to promote our programs and services.
• Conduct market research to identify community needs and trends, ensuring our initiatives align with local demands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective e-commerce strategies and performance marketing campaigns that resonate with the community.
• Assist in budgeting for community outreach programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials for events, workshops, and other community engagement activities.
• Manage advertising sales for print advertising campaigns aimed at raising awareness of our services within the community.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote engagement and gather feedback on our offerings.
• Prepare reports on community engagement activities and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or advertising sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in relation to e-commerce and performance marketing.
• Excellent research skills to identify trends and opportunities within the community.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for community service and development is essential.
