Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to gather vital information regarding health status.
- Provide care for toddlers and young children, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
- Assist in outpatient procedures and support the operating room (OR) team as needed.
- Implement care standards in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
