What Youll Be Doing
Providing advanced clinical expertise in CVICU
Designing and implementing education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
Developing interdisciplinary care plans for high-risk and complex patients
Consulting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Leading competency-based staff education and introducing innovative care techniques
Defining and implementing best nursing practices, contributing to new standards of care
Providing clinical leadership by precepting graduate healthcare students and coaching nursing staff
About You
Be able to do the job as described
MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist
Active California Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate and RN License
CVICU experience with a strong background in staff training and orientation
ACLS or PALS certification
