75 -bed hospital in the heart of the Central Basin region of Northeast Nevada is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead their dedicated Pharmacy and Infusion Services teams. With no outpatient or retail responsibilities, youll oversee a skilled team of 3 full-time pharmacists, 2 PRN pharmacists, 4 full-time techs, and 2 PRN techs.

What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing Pharmacy and Infusion Services to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
Developing and implementing departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with organizational objectives.
Managing staffing activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and continuing education.
Preparing and monitoring departmental budgets while ensuring compliance with allocated funding.
Acting as the "Managing Pharmacist," ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Handling complex situations and fostering a culture of cooperation and professional growth.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Bachelor of Pharmacy required; Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
At least 3 years of hospital|acute care pharmacy management experience.
NV licensed or eligible for Nevada Pharmacist License and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) designation within 3 months of hire.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required within 6 months of hire.
Completion of FEMA IS-.C, FEMA IS-.C, and Handle with Care training within 3 months of hire.
