What Youll Be Doing
Oversee and optimize clinical pharmacy services to enhance patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and maintain hospital-wide pharmacy policies and procedures
Lead antimicrobial stewardship and other specialized pharmacy programs
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to advance medication management strategies
Monitor patient therapy and provide clinical consultations to improve safety and efficacy
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
Texas pharmacy license (or ability to obtain)
ACPE IV certification required
BLS & ACLS certification (AHA) required
5 years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience OR PGY1 residency 3 years of experience OR PGY2 residency in an acute care setting highly preferred
Antimicrobial stewardship certification or specialized training in disease state management preferred
Salary : $15
