- Develop bold event strategies that align with business goals and elevate Splunk’s presence.
- Collaborate across teams to craft messaging, content, and customer engagement strategies.
- Own event execution, from speaker sessions and demos to budgeting and logistics.
- Measure and optimize impact, using data to refine strategies and maximize success.
- Create unforgettable experiences that strengthen connections with customers, partners, and Splunkers.
- Amplify visibility through strategic promotion and brand storytelling.

- Event & Tradeshow Expertise – 8-10 years of experience planning and driving B2B tech eventsspecially in security, cloud, big data, storage, and database technologies.
- Storytelling & Strategy – A creative thinker with a strong portfolio of event strategies that bring brands to life and make a lasting impact.
- Data-Driven & Creative – Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills to measure success and improve event experiences.
- Tech-Savvy – Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing tools, plus everyday Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack know-how.
- Big Event Experience – Hands-on management of large-scale, multi-day, hybrid events with 5,000 attendees.
- Great Teammate – Works well with cross-functional teams, builds positive relationships, and collaborates to make events a success.
- Travel-Ready – Willing to travel for assigned events.
