Requirement Detail/Qualifications:
7 years experience in interviewing candidates and understanding talent acquisition best practices.
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) like ORC or SuccessFactors.
Ability to work well with executives, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain a talent pipeline.

1. The role will be remote ,but the client prefers the consultant to be based in Dallas OR Austin, TX
3. Consulting Recruiting Exp is required, and they need to be able to recruit end-to-end with little supervision and demonstrate professional presence when talking with senior candidates.
