Education and Work Experience :
- BA / BS MA / MS / MBA degree (Human Resources Business) or equivalent and aligned experience preferred

Position Overview
The position will be responsible for providing operational support to assigned HR Business Partner teams. Duties will include operational management of activities across all verticals of core HR functionsResponsibilities :
Assist HRBP with various HR related issues for assigned division including : cyclical rhythm of the business (day to day tasks) people processes general inquiriesSupport voluntary and involuntary separations inclusive of drafting legal agreements consolidating employee information from stakeholders conducting exit interviews and backfilling positionsManagement of workforce plan including headcount creation and managementWork efficiently with datasets (varying sizes from small to very large) in Excel including vlook up generating pivot tables using formulaCollects data and provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People MetricsAssists with SOP updates and serves as SME as it pertains to HRG processesMentors / trains new HRG Team membersHR Audit supportMass RIF / PMO backup supportOther projects as requested
