Join our team as a Quality Inspector, where you will play a critical role in ensuring our materials and products meet the highest quality standards. This position emphasizes electrical testing, including hi-pot testing, continuity testing, and related inspections, as well as precision measurement and documentation. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this position is based in Pittsburg, Kansas, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience.

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in electrical testing methods, including hi-pot and continuity testing.
- Ability to use general measuring tools, including steel rules, tape measures, calipers, micrometers (OD/ID), thread gauges, and comparators.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Perform hi-pot testing, continuity testing, and other electrical inspections to verify compliance with product design and safety standards.
- Inspect and document materials and products at each work center to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Segregate and document non-conforming products, ensuring they are appropriately handled.
- Maintain and update quality records, including inspection results and product design drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Communicate inspection results and quality updates to production personnel.
