What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant, Golf Course and Poolside Server position at Avalon Golf and Country Club at Buhl Park?
Avalon at Buhl Park is looking for reliable, dedicated and professional servers to join our team. (Minimum 18 years of age)
We are searching for candidates who enjoy working in a high volume and fast paced restaurant environment with excellent earning potential. We have multiple dining rooms, golf course service, and pool side service options.
An ideal candidate would have:
- The ability to multi-task efficiently
- Open availability on the weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Patience and understanding with a customer oriented approach
- The ability to remain calm and collected in a fast paced working environment
- A strong desire to learn and be receptive of training/constructive criticism
- The willingness to work in a teamwork based environment and assist your fellow employees when necessary
Not a requirement, but a plus:
- Experience with fast paced and high volume service positions
