Avalon at Squaw Creek is looking for reliable, dedicated and professional servers to join our team. (Minimum 18 years of age)
We are searching for candidates who enjoy working in a high volume and fast paced restaurant environment with excellent earning potential. We have multiple dining rooms and service private parties and events.
An ideal candidate would have:
- The ability to multi-task efficiently
- Open availability on the weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Patience and understanding with a customer oriented approach
- The ability to remain calm and collected in a fast paced working environment
- A strong desire to learn and be receptive of training/constructive criticism
- The willingness to work in a teamwork based environment and assist your fellow employees when necessary
Not a requirement, but a plus:
- Experience with fast paced and high volume service positions
