About the Role
As a Direct Care Lead, you will:
- Work directly with clients and staff, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Support Supervisors and other Leads.
- Manage and maintain schedules for Direct Care Associates.
- Assist in creating a supportive environment for clients through activities like skiing, hiking, yoga, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Present material in treatment team meetings.
- Assist with hiring, training shifts, and disciplinary issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Observe and monitor patient behavior and ensure safety.
- Facilitate group sessions, schedule adjustments, and team meetings.
- Support Direct Care Associates in their roles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
- Minimum age: 18.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage emotional stress effectively.
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience at Avalon Hills or in residential treatment settings.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Requirements
Due to the nature of the program and licensing regulations, applicants must be female and able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
