A senior-level sales professional is required to join Avalon Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel sales, specifically in full-service or upscale properties, and possess excellent leadership, team building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

This role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, developing and executing the hotel's sales plan to achieve revenue targets, and monitoring market trends and competitive set performance.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferably from a top-tier university, and 7 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 in a leadership role.

Additionally, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
