Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills is seeking a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to assist in oversight of the Heart of House at our 84-room boutique luxury property located in the heart of the city. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent record of kitchen and staff supervision within a full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Running the line and ensuring quality service
- Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess colleague performance
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standard
- Communicating clearly with managers, kitchen and front of house staff
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
