About Our Art Program
Avalon offers Art Programs for tenants and is seeking volunteers to facilitate weekly one-hour art sessions on Monday - Friday afternoons, sometime between 1 : 00 and 4 : 00 PM.
The Art Program Volunteer would be passionate about serving Avalon's community, have specific projects in mind, and would help the tenants with their project. The Volunteer would help set up for the weekly session and clean up afterwards.
Core Responsibilities Include :
- Set-Up :
Making sure the table is covered
Monitoring, supplying, and organizing art supplies
Wiping down tables
Desired Qualifications and Experience :
Physical Demands :
Volunteers may need to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Mondays 12 PM - 3 : 30 PM
Compensation : This is an unpaid and voluntary role. However, any direct and approved expenses related to the role will be reimbursed.
