The Role
We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician who is ready to take their skills to the next level. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs in order to maintain the physical condition of the community and to ensure that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work. You should also have a valid driver's license, ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team each month, and ability to communicate with our associates and residents in order to provide customer service.
