Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving talent strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of engagement? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance, efficiency, and employee experience.

Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving talent strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of engagement? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance, efficiency, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent, Performance & Succession Management
- Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talent, supporting succession planning and career growth.
- Facilitate talent management discussions and implement strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Guide leaders in conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR functions (Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Benefits) to drive organization-wide talent strategies.
- Assess and refine organizational design, structure, and workforce planning to align with business strategy.
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and optimize team collaboration.
- Lead HR-driven change initiatives and support leaders in managing transitions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Provide HR expertise on key projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and implementation effectiveness.
- Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures in response to organizational changes.
- Advise management on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure legal compliance, managing investigations and consulting with legal counsel as needed.
- Monitor evolving federal and state laws, implementing necessary compliance measures.
- Update and streamline policies to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to create and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Analyze survey data and feedback to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, engaged workforce by identifying and addressing morale and productivity challenges.
- Analyze HR data trends to inform business decisions and recommend solutions.
- Identify key workforce trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Strong experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of HR legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.
