Avalore is seeking a Facility Specialist in Albuquerque, NM
- You will develop a program‐wide logistical, and strategic plan to provide subordinate logisticians guidance, coordination, and planning resources.
- You will develop and supervise the property accountability program to include Government‐Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) management.
- You will ensure 100% accountability of government property.
- You will coordinate and track equipment, property, and supply shipments.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

- Current interim Secret with TS/SCI eligibility.
- Five years of relevant experience, including prior Government or Military property management experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business or Operations Management, or a related field.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Avalore will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred
- Certification such as Facility Manager Credential or industry equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
