Responsibilities:
· Administrative duties, including tracking of shipments, invoices, and bills of lading.
· Entering and maintaining accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status
· Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports with time sheets
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
· Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation
· Utilize specific payroll software
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration
· Strong knowledge of payroll principles and practices
· Proficiency in Microsoft software including Excel
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in accounting or related field
