We are looking for aA/C Technician and Lead Maintenance to undertake a variety of tasks in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential air conditioning and ventilation systems. Your role will also include protecting consumers from dangerous situations as well as assisting with other tasks related to A/C and Lead maintainance at the property technology. HVAC Technician is responsible for making sure that work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner. They will be the point of contact for all customer service-related issues and complaints. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in their trade and possess great customer service skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The goal is to provide excellent services that will help us deliver excellent value to our customers.
Responsibilities
The HVAC or AC technician should
- Provide services under the direction of Service Manager or Service Technician Property Manager.As a lead maintenance will do all the work orders given by the property manager
- Install, maintain & repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, registers & filters, ventilation systems & air handling equipment
- Inspect and test new equipment & systems
- Know about water pumps for the building
- Working with property gates
- Make ready and paint the units
- Run the work order for the property
- Pool machines pumps and pool cleaning.
- Maintain equipment & records of repairs performed
- Conduct routine maintenance & seasonal inspections (e.g. air pressure & humidity checks)
- Identify safety risks & report electrical issues & emergencies (e.g. overheating)
- Comply with all health & safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned (e.g. emergency response)
- MUST be able to go on the roof as required
Experience
- HVAC AC certified and must have active license.
- Experience in refrigeration & freezer systems is required
- Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
