Desktop Support
Phoenix/Arizona - Onsite
Should have 5 years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
Active Directory.
VPN Connectivity/Installations
Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
Office 365 basic troubleshooting
Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies:
Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
