Job Title : Marketing Coordinator
Location : Lake Forest, CA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate content strategies and maintain marketing calendars
Assist in developing marketing promotional campaigns; blogs, video, socials, etc.
Upload and schedule delivery of our press releases
Organize and maintain marketing assets
Clean, enter, and assign sales leads scquired by promotional campaigns
Maintain and update price lists, quote templates, and direct mail lists as needed
Assist with the planning and deployment of our trade shows
Assist with internal travel arrangements
Continue personal development and increase job knowledge for advancement
Qualifications :
Provement work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Admin or similar role
Must have strong organization and planning skills
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Familiarity with CRM and CMS software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Working efficiencies with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of Google Adwords, Wordpress, and / or Shopify is a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities
This is a non-supervisory position
Physical Demands
General office skills and dexterity are required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
