Commanding daily parts orders and orchestrating seamless drop shipments.
Fulfilling orders, ensuring precision in shipping or for customer pickup.
Nurturing a spotless, secure, and inviting workplace and warehouse.
Being the detective who resolves any inventory discrepancies.
Deciding the best way to transport parts shipments, like a logistics pro.
Making the magic happen by checking in daily and weekly stock orders.
Fostering a culture of collaboration and camaraderie with your team.
Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements for repairs.
Offer recommendations for parts and modifications that can enhance equipment performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements.
Assist in developing parts sales strategies and promotions to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise :
A High School Diploma or GED.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Parts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries (preferred).
Proven experience in parts management, customer service, or a similar role in the material handling or related industry.
Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles.
A positive, collaborative spirit within a dynamic team.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially advanced Excel.
