What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical GTM (pre and post sales) position at Avance Consulting?
Role
As a Technical GTM team member at the Company, you’ll play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our platform to prospective customers and ensuring a smooth technical evaluation process. You’ll be working closely with the CEO , Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams to :
Run compelling product demos
Own and refine the Company’s demo process, ensuring prospective customers experience the full power of our platform.
Tailor demos to specific use cases and customer needs, clearly articulating the value of the Company 's features.
Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and prototypes
Work closely with prospects to understand their pain points and prototype solutions for them using the Company .
Showcase how the Company can integrate with their AI development efforts
Support technical evaluations and onboarding
Guide customers trials, helping them implement and test the Company effectively.
Address technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and effectively onboard new users.
Create technical enablement materials
Develop demo scripts, how-to guides, and use case documentation to streamline future sales cycles.
Work with Marketing to create technical content that highlights the Company's capabilities.
Act as a bridge between customers and product development
Relay customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
Help refine our documentation based on feedback from customers.
Who we’re looking for
You have a strong technical background, with at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or sales engineer.
You have experience with LLM applications and are comfortable discussing AI / ML concepts with technical stakeholders.
You enjoy working directly with customers and have strong communication skills—you're comfortable explaining technical concepts to both engineers and business leaders.
You’re adept at building quick prototypes, writing scripts, and debugging issues in real-time.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to help shape the sales engineering function at the Company .
Bonus] You’ve worked with AI / ML developer tools and understand the challenges of building production-ready AI applications.
Bonus] You have experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases.
