Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience working in Advanced Power Systems Application / EMS - GE PowerOn Reliance
Preferred Qualification :
At least 5 years of experience in Transmission and distribution automation processes and systems
Experience of at least 1 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power) with hands on Functional testing and deployment experience of GE PowerOn Reliance
Knowledgeable in smart distribution and transmission control systems.
Should have strong understanding on grid operational suites (ADMS, EMS, SCADA)
Should be able to comprehend and design industry standard information exchange models like CIM (61970 & 61968).
Should be able to develop business process and system use cases
Should have excellent soft-skills and leadership skills to lead assessment workshops, and work with Enterprise architects to design roadmaps for next 5 years.
Experience in utilities in North America
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
