Sustainability and Speaking Engagements :
Develop and coordinate external sustainability-related speaking engagements for senior executives.
Draft and refine messaging, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate the company’s sustainability efforts.
Liaise with event organizers, partners, and media to ensure successful execution and representation at events.
Team and Stakeholder Management :
Partner with cross-functional teams to support communication needs across the organization.
Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and priorities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to craft engaging and effective messaging for diverse audiences.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working with C-suite executives and managing confidential, high-stakes communications.
Familiarity with sustainability communications and external speaking engagement coordination.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, SharePoint, Poppulo and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
