This is a hybrid WFH model whereby the candidate will work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in office with Tuesday/Fridays work from home. During the period of training, the candidate will work in office M-Thu with Friday WFH.

A qualified candidate would have greater than 1 year of experience in and will be performing the following duties:
Nice to have skills: Experience in Oracle Fusion contract system

Job Description

- Facilitating PO increase requests, PO close out, documentation of changes in a contract tracker.
- Upload any modification changes to the appropriate files and following up with Supply Chain to ensure all the above are completed and verified and updated in the contract tracker.
- Assist with tracking the exchange of RFP documents with the project managers, Supply Chain, and leadership during the current RFP process. Performs related duties as assigned.
