Uniquely, this role does not really administer servers, but put together recommendations to get them built and then are handed over to pneumonic to use. Once the servers are built the team is hands off.

Position Profile
Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
- Facilitate the infrastructure delivery components for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain consistent status reporting on delivery schedule progress.
- Ability to prioritize infrastructure deliverables across multiple projects ensuring the priority is aligned with our strategic programs.
- Experience with analyzing server configurations to recommend sizing and hosting locations
- Knowledge of provisioning infrastructure compute capacity efficiently
- Understanding of infrastructure standards and how to apply and enforce them
- Knowledge of non-Oracle/non-SQL database platforms
- Experience with provisioning and administering Windows and Linux servers (VMWare Tools)
- Working knowledge of automated infrastructure build scripts (YAML)
- Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow experience would be a nice to have
- Ability to Multi task
- Self-Starter
- Ability to run meetings
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- VMWare certification plus
- Bachelor's Degree IT plus
- 5 years IT career experience in lieu of a degree acceptable
