Position : Hybrid-Systems Engineer
Location : Pittsburgh, PA and Strongsville, OH
Duration : Contract to hire
Candidate Technical and skills profile :
Key responsibilities :
- Managing Print support task- Working w / line of business to related issues
- Printing infrastructure- successful printages
- Lead meetings with Ricoh
- Work with other technology groups within Client to mitigate
- Day to day hardware support - physical presence at the hub
- Side note : desktop support within this role...part of cross training and use the resources as needed.
- SOS , windows, MAC, vulnerability remediation and advanced trouble shooting for desktop
Must have technical skills / experience :
Technical skills : troubleshooting methodology- Their team currently does not have a subject matter expert
Scripting ability languages in Powershell and batch scripting ; automation, too.
