Manage demand forecasts in cooperation with related departments based on sales results and expected business changes
Prepare, support and be able to lead the S&Op meeting
Based on the demand forecast, create / manage supply forecast.
Operate SAP and internal forecasting system (DSX)
Order placement, STO (stock transfer order) management and delivery management in alignment with the US headquarters based on demand forecast.
Ordering materials and services and processing invoices.
Coordination with forwarding company / 3PL regarding supplier shipments, transportation and customs clearance, up to receiving at our warehouse (3PL).
Processing invoices related to each of these operations.
Work with the 3PL to monitor and improve leadtime of operations from receiving to good posting.
Support for customer service operations as needed during holiday periods.
Maintain master / systems of related work
Take on / support projects as needed
