Job Description
- Audit & Analyze: Review financial data for aerospace projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Cost Tracking & Forecasting: Monitor expenses, budgets, and forecasts; recommend cost-saving measures.
- Reporting: Prepare timely financial reports and analyses for senior leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and discrepancies; collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Decision Support: Provide financial insights to aid CFO and leadership in strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to financial data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS, government contracting rules, and aerospace financial regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for financial guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project-based financial management, cost accounting, and auditing.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
