We are currently seeking an Associate Outpatient Therapist to support our clients in Metro Atlanta, GA. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain supervised clinical hours necessary for full licensure while contributing to meaningful therapeutic outcomes in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling tailored to the needs of our client population.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with staff, families, and mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of sessions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with client guidelines.
- Supervision & Training: Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Education: A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Associate Professional Counselor (APC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or equivalent in Georgia.
- Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff. Proficient in communication, documentation, and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Commitment to Growth: Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Experience
- School-Based Experience: Previous experience in schools or working with children and adolescents is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
