Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA Therapy
Location: Dearborn, Grosse Pointe Woods, and Southgate, Michigan (Hybrid Schedule Available)
Overview:
Avant Tech is seeking passionate and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a pediatric therapy provider delivering in-home and clinic-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement ABA treatment plans
- Lead and train ABA clinicians
- Oversee clinical progress and data reporting
- Communicate with parents and funders
- Participate in ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA certified (or master’s degree with completed ABA coursework)
- 1 year ABA/behavioral therapy experience (preferably in pediatric or special education settings)
- Understanding of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Proven success in training/supervising therapists
- Familiar with Medicaid and private insurance billing
- Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual/Multilingual a plus
