This role is fully remote, and you'll manage judicial foreclosure cases, residential mortgage litigation, and real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage foreclosure and litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, manage discovery, file motions
- Represent clients in hearings (telephonic and in-person)
- Provide legal analysis and strategic direction to clients
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice in California
- 5 years’ litigation experience (real estate/mortgage strongly preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and legal research tools
- Strong communication, organization, and client management skills
