Purpose of the Position :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Learning Designer to lead the design and development of course materials for AVANT Academy. In this role, you will create storyboards, PowerPoint presentations, and scripts that will be produced in our Chicago studios. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our learning content, ensuring it resonates with diverse audiences and drives measurable learning outcomes. We are looking for someone in the Chicagoland area.
Essential Functions :
- Develop engaging, multimodal course content, including storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative teams to design content aligned with AVANT Academy's learning objectives
- Work within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and create SCORM-compliant content to ensure accessibility and scalability
- Utilize AI-powered tools to design innovative learning experiences, such as simulated role-playing exercises
- Adapt to both qualitative and quantitative feedback and work collaboratively with a team of creative thinkers and educators
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
