Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts

Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics

Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing initiatives

Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing

Create, maintain, and organize contacts in CRM.

Objectives of this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the company in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing.

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Create, maintain, and organize contacts in CRM.
  • Serve as a liaison with other departments (medical, marketing, accounting, IT, legal, etc.).
  • Support with marketing and branding efforts through creation of marketing pieces and presentations as well as assistance with social media content.
  • Responsible for coordinating, creating, obtaining approval, tracking, and distributing advertising materials.

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure organization and appropriate filing of electronic communications.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation and meals.
  • Assist with meeting preparation – gather materials, ensure proper printing, etc.
  • Coordinate mailing of medical devices and other items as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute Thank You/Birthday/Holiday cards to clients.
  • Maintain files – primarily electronic, with minimal physical filing needs.
  • Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
  • Other administrative support duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Proven experience or coursework in marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years’ related work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Self-starting and able to work with minimal oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the Company to outside parties
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and mass email campaigns.

Note: This is a paid position. Internship opportunities are also available.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
