As Admissions Coordinator you are instrumental to ensuring the entire resident admission process is smooth and effortless. You will work with the Hospital Liasion and admissions team to clincially review referrals who will potentially admit to our facility. You will play a key role to ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by overseeing the resident admissions process from the referral process, entering orders, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new resident’s rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota RN or LPN license. Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
