AvantGarde, LLC (AG) seeks to engage a SharePoint Developer supports the AG client OIS/EAM in a hybrid environment at the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) by creating customized SharePoint solutions including configuring systems, building web applications and writing and modifying code.
AG offers a comprehensive benefit package including a monthly commuter benefit as well as immediate medical enrollment. This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. The work schedule is onsite in Washington, D.C. only one day per week with remote work the other four days per week. This is a 7-month project expected to conclude mid-2025, but with a potential to extend.
The WORK
- Member of the EAMD support team to create customized SharePoint solutions for USCP in alignment with migration project goals and milestones.
- Build and maintain custom SharePoint sites, and lists. Create custom web parts, forms, workflows, and scripts tailored to SharePoint 2016 on premises environment.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint servers. Monitor server health and performance, troubleshoot server related issues.
- Manage and configure SharePoint Central Administration, including services such as Managed Metadata, User Profiles, Search, and other SharePoint service applications.
- Design and implement workflow to automate business processes using SharePoint Designer.
- Design, develop and manage InfoPath forms for custom data entry solutions.
- Solves complex software issues in support of SharePoint development projects.
