Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain timeline for equipment and materials based on project team s schedule
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and project team
- Work with general contractor s software systems to ensure invoices paid against purchase orders match project billing and recognize payments in NetSuite
- Process change orders in AutoQuotes and NetSuite
- Manage NetSuite warranty and service requests from customers
- Track projects to ensure they stay on budget
- Support all aspects of project coordination from start to finish
- Engage in professional development and supplement team members training
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 3-5 years of project coordination or accounting experience
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
Salary: $55K - $85K DOE
