Duties and responsibilities performed by the Project Manager are intended to support the design needs of the company and ensure project drawings are completed accurately, on time, and to the standards established by JEM West.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supervising the project managers.
Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels are moderate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support relevant stakeholders in schematic and design development and construction documentation drawings for JEM West contracted projects
- Participate in regular design and OAC (Owner/Architect/Construction) meetings
- Manage weekly tasks for design projects and design schedules
- Maintain up to date and accurate job board
- Review submittals and shop drawings for accuracy and quality standards.
- Submit and or aid in submittal to Health Department and revise as per Local health codes
- Support relevant stakeholders in construction management through project conclusion.
- Perform punch list during and throughout conclusion of projects
- Applies to Sr. PM role only: Manage the organization and coordination of the project and production schedules for the project managers
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in foodservice design and documentation
- 5 Years AutoCAD and/or Revit experience
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers in a highly professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing department
- Previous designer experience
- Experience working in the restaurant industry or in foodservice design
