As an Environmental Services Project Manager (ESPM), you will be at the heart of driving customer success and ensuring the successful delivery of critical environmental projects. Working under the leadership of Director of Emergency Response, you'll be collaborating closely with Sales and Business Development teams to develop, manage, and grow key customer accounts. This role will challenge you to plan, execute, and manage complex projects while working with diverse teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients while effectively scoping and managing projects to meet customer needs.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and dispatch emergency services teams as needed, ensuring timely and efficient response.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, cost control, and resource utilization to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and guide project team members and contractors, ensuring they stay focused, accountable, and on target.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential project challenges and implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Coordinators and Sales/Business Development teams to ensure effective communication, resource management, and customer satisfaction.
- Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure projects meet safety regulations and maintain a strong safety culture on-site.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Lead post-project reviews to assess outcomes, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various assignments as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Education: 2-4 year college degree.
- Experience: 1-3 years of environmental project management experience or related industry expertise is preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of project scoping/estimating, environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance (preferred but not required).
- Competencies: Leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Regular tasks include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Some travel may be required to meet with clients or oversee projects on-site.
- Hours: This role may require extended hours to meet project deadlines and additional flexibility in the event of emergency on-site response.
