Doors and Windows Field Service Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a Field Supervisor (with valid license to operate company vehicle) to lead our window install teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window and door-related tasks and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate is bilingual can speak English and Spanish in order to proactively oversee on-site operations and ensure all processes are followed correctly by employees.

• Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate construction projects on-site
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Train and mentor field staff on construction techniques and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to address any issues or changes in plans\
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports -Willing to learn methods, on-the-job training from day one
• Climb high ladders (If you're afraid if heights this might not be a job for you)-
• Communicate professionally with teammates and manage customer expectations.

Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge:

• 2 years of Supervisor experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required !!
• General Home Construction experience a plus
• Window experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• Glass installation: 2 years (Required)
