Avantis Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Senior Associate or Partner) to join a dynamic Corporate Services Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions , development , financing , and leasing , with the ability to manage high-level legal matters and client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial real estate matters within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals.
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements .
- Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate development, zoning, and land use matters .
- Work closely with clients to identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate regulations .
- Oversee and delegate tasks to junior attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals to maintain high-quality client service.
- Contribute to business development efforts , generating and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in line with professional responsibility requirements.
