Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions private equity transactions and venture capital financings including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance regulatory compliance and securities law matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transactional strategies .
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes identifying potential risks and advising clients accordingly.
- Stay current on evolving corporate laws and regulations to provide clients with uptodate advice.
