As the Director of Global Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our supply chain strategy on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required;
* MBA or advanced degree preferred;
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
* Proven track record of managing global supply chains in a complex, fast-paced environment;
* Experience in implementing supply chain technologies and tools, such as ERP systems;
* Understanding of forecast and replenishment theory, obtained through APICS or similar training coursework;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on talent development;
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
* Familiarity with global supply chain regulations, compliance, and risk management strategies;
* APICS or other relevant supply chain certification preferred;
