About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Maintenance and Reliability to lead our Maintenance & Reliability team. This role will oversee operating performance, plant maintenance, and ensure performance targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage all plant maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and instruments and controls
- Monitor operating and outage reports to ensure performance targets are met
- Establish and administer the Operations and Maintenance budget
- Lead Union staff and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in maintenance or equipment repair, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries
- In-depth knowledge of industry and regulatory standards
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, maintenance management systems, and OSHA PSM
Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including cGMP's, EPA, OSHA, DEA, DOT, and local guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as team and collaborative abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and project management skills
