A well-established real estate law firm is hiring a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist in San Diego. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in payment processing, legal billing, and financial record-keeping in a structured, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :
Post and process credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
Enter payment information into ProLaw to track client transactions.
Handle collection payments from debtors over the phone.
Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
What You'll Bring :
1-2 years of data entry experience in an office setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail with a low error rate in data entry / 10-key.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions.
