Key Responsibilities :
Assist with discovery and document management.
Prepare case files for attorneys to use at court hearings.
Draft motions, objections, and general legal correspondence.
Serve and file legal papers in State and Federal Courts, including electronic filing.
Communicate directly with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email.
Request, review, and organize medical records and prepare evidence for trial.
Schedule permanent impairment evaluations and track discovery deadlines.
What You’ll Bring :
1–3 years in a law firm setting, with a focus on personal injury cases preferred.
Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with court rules and discovery processes.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, NetDocuments, and electronic file management.
