The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, with a preference for insurance defense and/or insurance subrogation. You should be highly organized, dependable, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Tasks:
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and demands
- Court calendaring deadlines and case management
- E-filings in various counties, state and federal courts
